Job summary

Snell Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC and Plumbing team. The role supports scheduling, customer communications, and dispatch activities from our Sterling office, with a Sunday–Thursday shift 10am–7pm.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in office or customer service roles, excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive planning mindset, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years office or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, dispatch, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react.
• Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling / dispatch software.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
