Job summary

Snell Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our HVAC and Plumbing team. You will schedule installs and dispatch technicians, interact with customers, and ensure smooth daily operations from our Sterling office.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 7pm. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to think on your feet to provide accurate information for installations or repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years office or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react.
• Able to 'think on your feet' to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling / dispatch software.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
