Mitchell Heating & Cooling in Rolesville, NC is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator (CSR) to join a family‑owned company serving the Raleigh–Durham area since 1973. Expect 7:30am–4:00pm hours, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season, and a pay range of $20.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling/dispatch or similar office role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience.
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge recommended but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and coordinate scheduling.
• Review after-hours calls for estimates and schedule calls for comfort consultants.
• Maintain financing information.
• Coordinate and schedule installations with homeowners.
• Create install job packets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the database.
• Process daily invoicing for upcoming and completed jobs, including rebates and warranties.
• Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications.
• Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

HVAC Installation Coordinator - CSR | $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: 7:30am -4:00pm

What You Will Be doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
