Job summary

Mitchell Heating & Cooling in Rolesville, NC, is hiring an HVAC Installer to retrofit and changeout residential systems. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 5:00pm and overtime available.

Company-provided vehicle and comprehensive benefits support growth and stability. You will install line sets, duct work, low voltage wiring, startups, and communicate with customers about the new equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification - 608 Universal preferred.
• NATE Certifications or obtain once employed.
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Follow directions and work as a team and independently.
• Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories.
• Complete startup of newly installed equipment.
• Communicate with customer about the newly installed equipment.

Position: HVAC Installer

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, overtime available
