Job summary

Mitchell Heating and Cooling in Rolesville, NC is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair and maintain systems in homes and light commercial settings. Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience, plus spiffs and an $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday with available overtime. You will perform annual and routine maintenance, provide expert customer service, and advise homeowners on repairs,

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification with understanding of superheat and subcooling.
• Ability to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment.
• Driver's license with insurable driving record.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles
• Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
• Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment
• Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
