Job summary

Mitchell Heating & Cooling in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking an HVAC Technician - Residential Service. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, and provide expert customer service on repairs, upgrades, and replacements.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. A sign-on bonus and benefits are offered; overtime is available and a take-home vehicle is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification with understanding of superheat and subcooling.
• Diagnose system issues and advise on repairs vs replacements.
• Willing to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years.
• Driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | available overtime

$8,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates

• EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles
• Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
• Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment
• Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
