Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our commercial Plumbing and HVAC Technicians and the Service Coordination team.

This role focuses on scheduling, maintaining records, and coordinating emergency services and ongoing maintenance within a defined geographic area, while communicating clearly with customers and technicians to ensure timely, accurate dispatches.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize calls according to urgency and keep stakeholders informed of schedule changes.
• Experience with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• HVAC knowledge is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain accurate records for service schedules, resources, and field technicians.
• Coordinate communications for emergency services and ongoing maintenance within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized records of requests and dispatches and monitor backlog of maintenance work.
