Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team in Seattle. You will own the day-to-day coordination of technician schedules, balancing customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, and emergency requests to keep work moving forward.

You will partner closely with customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate priorities, communicate changes, and ensure timely service delivery
