MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in Bellevue is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team. You will own the day-to-day coordination of technician schedules within an assigned geographic area, balancing customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, demand service, and emergency requests.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to evaluate competing priorities and adjust plans.
• Strong computer skills across Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Attention to detail with multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service operations is a plus.
• HVAC or commercial building knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
