Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in Seattle is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team. You will own the day-to-day coordination of technician schedules within an assigned geographic area, balancing customer needs and technician capacity.

You’ll evaluate priorities, adjust schedules, communicate changes, and keep work moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service operations is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using multiple systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC or commercial building systems is helpful, but not required. We’ll help you learn.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination of technician schedules within an assigned geographic area.
• Balance customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, demand service and emergency requests.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate priorities and adjust schedules.
• Communicate changes clearly and keep work moving forward.
• Grow knowledge of service operations and take on greater responsibility.
