Job summary

AirReps, a division of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, seeks a Service Coordinator in Spokane for dispatching field technicians and maintaining communication with customers and vendors. You will coordinate schedules, document work, and support cost control.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Prior dispatch or construction exposure is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or coordinating field service teams.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with good time management and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule may be required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Maintaining communication on current status with technicians, customers, vendors, and office staff.
• Prioritizing service calls by urgency and importance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve flow of product and labor.
• Coordinating schedules with other Coordinators and customers, including emergencies.
• Managing the shared dispatch email inbox.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Distributing information to technicians and storing documents for reference.
• Ensuring documentation and schedules are tracked in dispatch system and cloud storage.
• Assisting with scopes of work.
• Managing expenses within budget via purchase order system.
