Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for work experience.
• Experience working with HVAC Technicians is preferred.
• Experience with Astea and/or any service tracking software.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty and maintenance jobs.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate startups and communicate scheduling updates to customers.
• Invoice and bill customers.
• Assist in local office AP/AR functions and follow up on payments.
