Job summary

Trane Technologies in Las Vegas is seeking a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate and direct activities of field resources for service agreements and repairs. You will ensure timely execution, procuring labor and materials within financial standards.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians, coordinating labor, materials, and priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction and generating required reports.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school; 1 year related experience or 3 years with HS Diploma.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing them to staff.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and forwards to Project Administrators.
