Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, or Administrative experience
• Strong Phone and Email communication skills
• Ability to coordinate Scheduling and manage multiple Customer Requests
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable documenting Customer Interactions and updating internal systems
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM, Ticketing, or similar business software

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between customers, Field Technicians, Project Managers, and internal teams.
• Help coordinate service requests, provide customers with timely updates, maintain accurate records, and support the administrative side of a busy Mechanical Service operation.
