Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Coordinator to support administrative and service operations for a growing Mechanical Contractor. You will work closely with leadership and field operations, coordinating service activity while handling AP/AR, invoicing, documentation, and scheduling. HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or related trades experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical or related Skilled Trades contractor environments.
• AP/AR, invoicing or related accounting support experience.
• Service coordination, dispatching, scheduling or field operations support experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service activities with leadership and field ops.
• Handle AP/AR, invoicing, documentation and scheduling tasks.
• Support technicians, vendors, customers and leadership with clear communication.
