Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support Commercial Service Technicians and the Service Operations team. You will own day-to-day technician scheduling within an assigned geographic area, balancing customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, demand service, and emergency requests.

You’ll collaborate with customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate priorities, adjust schedules, communicate changes, and keep work moving forward

Qualifications

• A track record of delivering excellent customer service, including in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations.
• The ability to evaluate competing priorities and adjust plans while keeping the right people informed.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate information while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, service operations, or a similar coordination role is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC or commercial building systems is helpful, but not required. We will help you learn the industry.

Responsibilities
