MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team. You will own the day-to-day coordination of technician schedules within an assigned geographic area, balancing customer needs, technician capacity, planned maintenance, demand service, and emergency requests.

You’ll be at the center of a fast-moving operation, partnering closely with customers, technicians, and teammates to evaluate

Qualificações

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, service operations, or a similar coordination role is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC or commercial building systems is helpful, but not required. We'll help you learn the industry.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
