Leoforce is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator-HVAC in Broderick, CA. The role focuses on coordinating Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA) and service work order transactions, acting as the liaison between customers and our service team.

Entry level experience is acceptable, with a salary range of $80,000 to $115,000 per year. Responsibilities include coordinating initial PMA visits, PMA renewals, customer care communications, and PMA data integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate first time preventive maintenance visits.
• Contact customers to establish permissible dates for initial site visits.
• Proactively contact customers 30 to 60 days prior to PMA renewal dates.
• Discuss pricing escalations and potential agreement modifications.
• Assist in developing and executing customer care call templates for periodic check-ins or site visits.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of PMA records in the system.
• Coordinate with technicians, customers, and the PMA Coordinator to resolve missing or incomplete data.
