Job summary

Air Treatment Corporation in Kapolei, HI, seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, schedule, implement, and monitor HVAC projects as a liaison between the sales team and customers. This role will work to improve reporting, metrics, forecasting, and customer satisfaction through cross-team collaboration and proactive communication.

You will coordinate POs, submittals, shipments, and RMAs while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least two years experience in related disciplines (Construction/Customer Service/HVAC).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and book customer purchase orders (POs) in CRM.
• Generate equipment submittals and set up POs for production.
• Coordinate shipments, stock orders, and will-call logistics.
• Upload orders and track acknowledgements; monitor costs and lead times.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, and vendors; provide tracking info.
• Manage warranty claims and RMAs; coordinate with Service Team for start-up.
