Job summary

Trane Technologies in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate and direct operational resources for service agreements and repair work.

You will interact with Field Technicians, Project Managers and the Parts/Acquisition teams to ensure timely, on-budget completion while maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment per project needs.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition when needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests.
• Generates work orders and reports, and reviews project paperwork.
