Job summary

Trane Technologies in Pittsburgh is hiring for a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources and service work.

You will dispatch technicians, manage schedules, and liaise with Project Managers and the HVAC Technician Supervisor to ensure work is completed within financial standards.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows. Some overtime/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one year related experience or three years of related experience with HS Diploma/GED.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and be comfortable on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs and availability.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign technicians.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and handling special requests.
• Generates work orders and project documentation; supports project Administrators with paperwork and reports.
