Trane Technologies in Memphis, TN is hiring a Service Coordinator II to join our team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, controlling and directing activities of operational resources to execute service agreements and repair work.

This position requires procuring labor and materials within financial standards, communicating with Field Technicians and Service Managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year related experience/training or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service; comfortable on the phone.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends; Energy Management Systems/HVAC familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment by project needs.
• Interfaces with Project Managers and HVAC technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinates operations with Parts and Acquisition as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and special requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews paperwork, and produces reports.
