Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Service Coordinator for the Richmond Service Center. The role schedules and dispatches technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance, while handling customer inquiries and routing technical questions to the right resource.

You will track technician hours and manage communications with customers on progress and scheduling. Additionally, you will process invoices, assist with AP/AR functions, and ensure timely close-out of work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians; maintain scheduling communications with customers.
• Process invoices and bills; assist in local AP/AR functions and payment follow-up.
• Maintain OSHA logs and enter data into ERP system for billing and work orders.
