JNL Climate Control, Inc. is seeking a personable Customer Service Representative for a busy service environment. You will be the primary contact for customers by phone and email, build client relationships, and schedule service appointments based on technician availability.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, familiarity with HVAC, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience.
• Experience in HVAC or any trade is a big plus.
• Service coordination or dispatching experience is preferred.
• Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable adapting to last-minute scheduling changes.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Build positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and outstanding questions.
• Update customer accounts, appointment details, and service information in company systems.
• Communicate closely with technicians, sales representatives, and office team members.
• Assist customers with questions and work toward timely, professional resolutions.
• Adjust schedules as priorities change and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Deliver a consistently friendly and professional customer experience.
