Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond seeks a Business Development Manager to drive maintenance service agreements in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro area. You will work independently and with the team to convert prospects into customers across commercial, data center, and industrial sites.

The role requires strong consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills, plus comfort with cold calling and presenting tailored solutions. Travel regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new prospects.
• Prospect for new clients via networking and cold calling.
• Prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Attend industry events and meetings as required.
