Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Business Development Manager to independently drive revenue by selling maintenance service agreements to new clients within the Winston-Salem/Greensboro region. You will identify decision makers, conduct equipment surveys, prepare quotes and proposals, and manage a robust sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes strategic outreach, pricing input, and active participation in industry events to cultivate relationships and secure annual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through effective networking, cold calling and other means.
• Identify potential clients and key decision makers; sell customized maintenance solutions.
• Cold call within your assigned market to seek new opportunities.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with key decision makers and build rapport.
• Prepare and present client proposals and quotes with management.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services or distribution channels.
• Participate in pricing the solution and/or service.
• Attend industry events and professional association functions.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports and keep CRM up to date.
• Meet and/or achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
