• Minimum of three years of self-generated direct sales experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking and cold calling.
• Identify decision makers and present customized maintenance solutions.
• Prepare and present client proposals, quotes and pricing.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities.
• Attend industry events and update CRM with sales data.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
