Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a Business Development Manager to independently and collectively drive sales of maintenance service agreements in the Southeast region. The role is based out of the Atlanta, GA area with regional travel required.

You will identify and engage new clients, craft tailored service solutions, and present compelling proposals to senior executives. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintain a strong pipeline, and participate in industry

Qualifications

• Three years of self-generated direct sales experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking and cold calling; identify decision makers.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with key decision makers.
• Develop proposals and quotes addressing client needs.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a robust sales funnel.
• Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
