Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond in Atlanta, GA seeks a Business Development Manager to sell maintenance service agreements to new prospects. You will work independently and with a dynamic team to identify decision makers, present tailored HVAC service solutions, and close contracts.

This role requires at least three years of self-generated direct sales experience, HVAC industry familiarity preferred, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales.
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Identify potential clients and key decision makers within target organizations.
• Sell customized maintenance solutions to high-level decision makers.
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with key decision makers and build rapport.
• Prepare and present client proposals, presentations and quotes.
• Forecast sales targets and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Attend industry events and submit weekly sales activity reports.
