MTech Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Account Manager in Eagle, CO who blends technical HVAC know-how with strong client relationships to manage preventative maintenance contracts and repair projects from start to finish.

You will support our commercial and special projects teams, develop persuasive proposals, and aim to be the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring solutions that work and repeat business.

Formación

• 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience with references.
• Excellent client service and relationship skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Self-starter mindset—you’re motivated to build your own book of business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Unanet) a plus, and Bluebeam/Adobe PDF.

Responsabilidades

• Promote MTech's culture and values internally and externally.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Grow our client base in Western Colorado.
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Secure new service contracts and tie MTech to lasting partnerships.
• Support sales for plumbing and special projects as needed.
