Job summary

USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking an Service Account Manager in East Granby, CT. This role focuses on developing lasting relationships with building owners and facilities, expanding service contracts, and driving revenue through quoted repairs and maintenance agreements.

You will coordinate quotes, orders, and reporting while traveling locally to maintain strong client partnerships. A strong HVAC background, excellent presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HVAC sales/Plumbing or related HVAC experience; or equivalent combination.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.
• Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated pricing experience.
• Proven history of technical sales success and building customer relationships.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term customer relationships with building facilities personnel/owners.
• Create and sell service maintenance agreements and related HVAC services.
• Manage quotes, work orders, and reporting in CRM under tight timelines.
• Act as liaison between customers and office; monitor pipeline and accounts.
• Prepare calls and account plans; update customer records and data.
