USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking a Service HVAC Account Manager in Middletown, CT. The role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships with building facilities personnel and owners, maintaining service customer relationships to maximize revenues through account penetration.

The position requires implementing service maintenance agreements, quoting repairs, turnkey replacements, and renewal agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 3+ years HVAC sales/Plumbing or related HVAC experience; or equivalent combination of education and HVAC sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term customer relationships with building facilities personnel/owners.
• Grow revenue through account penetration and service maintenance agreements.
• Generate quotes for repairs, replacements, and renewals.
• Manage quotes pipeline and CRM updates.
• Understand client processes and contract obligations to ensure service delivery.
