Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager in Novi, MI to drive growth across service agreements, repairs, modernizations and digital offerings. This field-based role requires building trusted advisor relationships, translating technical needs into business outcomes, and achieving account-based targets.

You’ll benefit from a lucrative commission plan and a company car program, with training and lead-generation programs to support renewals and new opportunities, all tracked in CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Track sales activities, manage CRM pipeline, and hit annual targets.
• Present at customer seminars and negotiate service agreements.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC Service portfolio (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Establish credibility with knowledge of Carrier products and solutions.
