Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or equivalent in HVAC, building systems, controls, or energy services.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops and mechanical spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities with strategic account planning.
• Manage pipeline and CRM activities; prioritize leads and hit annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreements, renewals, and renewals; close deals with tailored proposals.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans; present at customer seminars to generate leads and opportunities.
