You will build trusted advisor relationships with customers and drive opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings.

In this field role, you will grow Carrier Commercial Service, manage pipelines in MI, and deliver outcomes that reduce operating costs and extend asset life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops, mechanical rooms, and elevated platforms as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and growth strategies.
• Maintain CRM and track sales activities.
• Close renewals and secure service agreements.
• Sell service products: agreements, repairs, modernizations.
• Present at customer seminars to generate leads.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
