Job summary

Climate Control Heating & Cooling in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service and Selling Technician. This role combines hands-on service with solutions selling to homeowners. 2+ years HVAC experience and EPA certification are required.

A valid driver’s license with a clean MVR is also essential, along with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work safely. We offer uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays and PTO, and ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs
