Job summary

Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Santa Fe, NM to support service technicians and ensure timely, professional customer care. This office-based role focuses on dispatching and coordinating daily schedules in a busy service environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, strong communication and data-entry skills, and familiarity with FieldEdge or similar dispatch software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry abilities (proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and focused
• Good knowledge of the Santa Fe area or strong navigation skills
• Professional phone demeanor and experience with multi-line phone systems
• Mechanical aptitude or prior HVAC industry knowledge (preferred)
• Familiarity with dispatch software (experience with FieldEdge is a strong plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technician schedules and dispatch them effectively throughout the day
• Book service appointments, schedule follow-ups, and communicate clearly with customers
• Deliver outstanding customer support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly
• Keep accurate records and update customer information in our service system
• Collaborate with technicians and leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
• Prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
