Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify and serve customer needs, process orders, and promote products with a focus on service excellence. Role involves assisting with warehouse tasks and maintaining a professional sales environment.

The position requires at least 2 years in customer service or sales, HVAC knowledge preferred, and forklift experience is a plus. Location: Newnan, GA; on-site with regular duties and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, or e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers.
• Support long-term relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and stock organization; forklift when needed.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services.
• Provide technical support and problem solving to customers.
• Identify prospective customers and relay to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
