Job summary

AirTelligence, part of Ambient Enterprises, seeks a Sales Support professional in Scottsdale, AZ with 2–4 years in a technical sales environment. You will help generate quotations, track opportunities, and support the equipment selections to convert leads into orders.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing strong customer communication and follow-through in a fast-paced setting. A focus on accuracy and organization is required.

Responsibilities

• Following up with customers on open proposals, quotations and opportunities to drive closes.
• Supporting Outside Sales Engineers with day-to-day activities and customer needs.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Updating sales opportunities in the CRM with status and next steps.
• Preparing quotations based on customer requirements and pricing.
