Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service (or 1+ year with Associates).
• Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Act as branch contact for key accounts and manage order processing.
• Coordinate deliveries and jobsite logistics; communicate delays proactively.
• Prepare quotes, manage purchase orders, and document Scope of Work.
• Provide product information and after-sales support to customers.
• Handle customer communications via phone, email, and text.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
