LHH is seeking a proven Commercial HVAC Sales Hunter in the Tampa Bay area to develop new business and close high-value retrofit and equipment replacement projects. Target building owners, facility managers, and engineering directors to expand relationships and secure multi-hundred thousand to multi-million dollar deals.

The role emphasizes hunting for new opportunities, selling retrofit and replacement projects, and leveraging knowledge of chillers and energy solutions to win complex contracts

Qualifications

• Strong new business development / hunter mentality.
• Experience selling retrofit and replacement projects.
• Knowledge of chillers, HVAC systems, mechanical upgrades, and energy solutions.
• Ability to sell complex projects ranging from $250K-$1M+.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new commercial HVAC business.
• Sell retrofit, replacement, energy efficiency, and capital improvement projects.
• Call directly on Building Owners, Facility Managers, Directors of Engineering, and Property Management groups.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Build a long-term book of business in a growing territory.
