Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to grow our client base in the Tampa area. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts.

We offer a compensation range of $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits package. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours and opportunities to advance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC experience with codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach, networking.
• Cold call prospective customers to generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers with tailored messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate, and close contracts at qualified margins.
• Identify key decision-makers and tailor solutions to meet needs.
• Sell service, retrofit projects, and energy solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals based on project specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously engage existing customers to ensure expectations are met.
