Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative in Tampa, FL to drive growth in commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role requires identifying opportunities, building partnerships with general contractors, owners, developers, and engineers, and expanding our presence in the market.

You will develop a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with estimating, engineering and operations teams to craft competitive proposals, present solutions, and close contracts.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of progressive sales experience in commercial HVAC.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business.
• Experience selling commercial HVAC projects and related services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project delivery.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners, and engineers.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Review plans and bid documents to propose HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with estimators and operations to align proposals.
• Present proposals and close contracts.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and territory growth in systems.
