Job summary
System One in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow an established portfolio of commercial clients by identifying retrofit, replacement, and system upgrade opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential.
You will manage commercial customer relationships, develop HVAC project opportunities, present solutions and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC or related industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+
