Job summary

Duane Blanton Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Cooling is seeking a Comfort Consultant to work with the HVAC and Sales Managers to achieve sales KPIs and budget goals. You will engage customers, present service options, and educate on financing while supporting field technicians and traveling to client homes.

This commission-only role offers top earning potential (> $100,000 for top performers), comprehensive benefits from day one, and ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department.
• Interpret the service technician recommendations and educate the customer on home repair needs.
• Develop multiple service options to meet long-term home repair needs.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Educate the customer on financing options.
• Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes.
• Travel to customer homes.
• Participate in all required trainings and meetings.
