Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to help homeowners select HVAC solutions for comfort, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.

Leverage our training, strong product lineup, and proven sales process to guide customers and close with confidence. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential with a steady flow of qualified leads, supported by a reputable team focused on integrity, customer satisfaction, and professional growth

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience required and proven track record.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs.
• Present HVAC solutions and explain products and services.
• Prepare estimates based on customer requirements and guidelines.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
• Attend ongoing training on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installation schedules.
