Qualifications

• 3+ years of consumer or residential sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products and solutions in easy-to-understand terms.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new products, develop skills, and contribute to team success.
• HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up with qualified leads and develop additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through honest recommendations and professional service.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate communication and a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products, services, and industry developments.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Meet established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
