Albiero Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to customers, assess HVAC needs, and present suitable solutions. You will conduct on-site assessments, prepare proposals, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience, preferably residential.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site assessments of customers' HVAC systems and provide cost estimates.
• Present and explain features and benefits of HVAC products to customers.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts and sales agreements.
• Collaborate with installation team to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities to expand the customer base.
