Job summary

Great Dane Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Comfort Consultant to work with the HVAC Manager and Sales Manager to achieve sales KPIs and budgets. You will engage customers to understand their needs and offer the best HVAC services and equipment solutions, provide evaluations and quotes, support field technicians, and manage post-sale projects.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, a valid U.S. driver's license, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert sales leads into sold work for the HVAC install department.
• Interpret service technician recommendations and educate customers on issues.
• Develop multiple service options to meet home repair needs.
• Establish customer rapport to maximize satisfaction.
• Educate customers on financing options.
• Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes.
• Participate in company trainings and meetings.
• Travel to customer homes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
