Job summary

Bosch, based in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a driven sales professional to promote our HVAC portfolio to residential and commercial contractors and to sign new York dealers. You will build partnerships with existing customers to expand market share while recruiting new York dealers to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC knowledge.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of residential and commercial HVAC products offered.
• Quote for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies; support customers with technical commercial issues.
• Offer energy-saving and cost-saving alternative solutions; ensure product selection excellence.
• Make proactive calls to drive sales and margins with customers.
• Handle order entry and shipment tracking as needed.
• Provide post-sale support when required.
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
• Perform other duties as directed.
